Saskia Bremer lives and works in The Netherlands, but also has studios in both Switzerland and Portugal. In her work, Saskia manifests herself as a pure colourist.

In her paintings, areas of colour change and flow harmoniously into each other or may be enclosed by whimsical lines. In general, she takes a figurative source of inspiration as her starting point. In this way, she creates fantasy-rich, abstract and figurative colour compositions, which become ever more recognisable. In her work, the accent tends to be predominantly on light and radiant colours. She employs acrylic, fast-drying pigments, a medium which is particularly suitable for her spontaneous method of working.

In addition, Saskia also creates silkscreen prints as well as objects.
